Perimeter fence installation in Northwest Arkansas
Property lines, subdivision phases, and acreage enclosures need fencing that scales without sacrificing quality. We plan long runs for efficiency, consistent height, and schedules that fit builder and HOA timelines across NWA.
Serving Fayetteville, Springdale, Bentonville, Rogers, and all of Northwest Arkansas
Why choose a perimeter fence?
Perimeter fencing answers a different question than a backyard privacy upgrade. You are defining boundaries across hundreds or thousands of feet, satisfying subdivision covenants, and keeping installation moving on a predictable schedule. The right layout repeats post spacing, height, and gate locations so every lot looks intentional from the street.
We have installed subdivision-scale cedar lines, thousand-foot Springdale perimeters, and open-view wire layouts on larger Rogers lots. Efficiency comes from staging: one detail package per phase, steel posts where wind loads add up, and crews that are not reinventing the fence design on every corner lot. That is how large NWA projects stay on time without the quality drop that rushed perimeter work often shows.

Material and post options
Long perimeter lines reward materials that install quickly and hold up across seasons of wind and soil movement. Wood, chain link, and wire combinations each fit different covenant requirements, lot sizes, and maintenance expectations on NWA acreage and developments.
Wood at subdivision scale
Cedar cap-and-trim and privacy layouts define streetscapes on phased subdivisions. We align picket profiles and post specs with HOA documents so later lots do not look like a different project. Pressure-treated pine is a cost-effective alternative when budget drives the decision, at the tradeoff of appearance and longevity over time.
Chain link perimeters
Chain link covers long boundaries economically on larger lots, pastures, and utility-adjacent lines. Vinyl-coated mesh improves appearance over raw galvanized. Height and tension are set for the full run so fabric stays tight after the first season of freeze-thaw and wind.
Steel posts and gate frames
Perimeter corners and entry gates take the most stress on any long line. Steel posts and internal metal gate frames keep wide openings square when equipment and subs use them daily during build-out. They are a practical upgrade on any phase where sagging gates would slow the rest of the development schedule.
What to expect on your project
We start with a free quote and align our layout to your survey notes and covenant requirements. Landscape Earth Fence does not provide surveys or covenant documents; you share those with us so material, height, and gate locations are clear before we order posts for the full perimeter.
Residential acreage lines often finish within a week. Subdivision and multi-lot phases are scheduled in segments with production targets spelled out in your approved quote so builders know when each leg closes.
Current scheduling depends on linear footage and whether other trades still need access along the line. We coordinate start dates with your builder or HOA contact and keep communication direct across mobilizations.
What homeowners say about our work
"This company is awesome! They worked with 6 total homeowners to put in 6ft shared cedar fencing. They were very fast in removing old fencing, correcting some placement issues to make our yards easier to mow, and installing the new fencing. I love my new fence and have had multiple compliments from people in our neighborhood. I would highly recommend this company!"
— Kim O."Can't say enough about the great job these guys do! Very knowledgeable and the owner takes the time to explain all the different options along with the pros and cons of each. They can do it all from simple installations to elaborate custom projects. The best part is they don't take short-cuts--they do quality work that will last. Highly recommend!"
